"We were so impressed with the hotel. Tatiana at the Steakhouse and Milano restaurant was the best. She was very welcoming. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly."

"Beautiful beach with palm trees and palapas. Although you can only get a palapa if you go down there at 6am. Room was very nice. Disappointed with food. 6 day stay - only ate 1 breakfest 1 dinner 1 lunch at the property. Drinks were served in very small cups, assuming they want you to make more trips to bar so you tip more. "

"First the good parts: the hotel staff was excellent, as was our room and the two pools. Everyone was attentive and friendly at all times. We would not return, partly due to personal taste and partly due to issues with the hotel itself. First, the neighborhood is loud and busy; not bad in and of itself, but not what we were looking for. If you're in search of a chill vibe, this is not your place. Beach access from this hotel is very poor. It's a long walk to the hotel's reserved area, and when you get there it's entirely too small and inadequate. We were told you need to be lined up at 8am to have a chance at an umbrella, and that's far too much "work" when I'm on vacation. Secondly, the cocktails and food at both pools were abysmal. It was our first time in Aruba so a bit of a learning experience. We will definitely return, it's lovely, but will stay somewhere elses."
