"Horrible service and hotel doesn’t deliver on what you pay for. We had to fight to use the included parking, then check in took over 35mins due to reception staff being unhelpful and messing up our room key. The restaurant refused to make any food for the last hour it was open. None of the drinks (wine) were available. Bathrobes were not included as advertised for the room with the hot tub. The bathroom clearly needed repairs as there was a hole in the ceiling with dirty water dripping into our room. All issues were pointed out to the reception team and they did nothing to address any of them. Only reason it didn’t get 1/5 stars is because the bed was comfortable and breakfast was passable. Do not recommend to anyone and would not go back. Choose another hotel in town - there are better options at the same price point. "
