"Breakest was well done and hot tub was paradise "

"Large spacious room with a lake view. Clean, comfortable bed. Very calm and serene atmosphere. The only negative where the inaccurate information on website (bus to the slopes is not10 min; I told the front desk and hope they will update) and the restaurant is not opened for breakfast as the flyer available in the room was advertising. Also, as an Expedia VIP member, we had 30$ credit at the restaurant. They informed as when we arrived but they missed to tell us it is available before the check out. We went after the check out and the restaurant did not honour it because they said they usually out it in the room. They said they tried to reach out to the hotel front desk but no answer. It wasn’t a big deal for us but it’s just adds up to other not so precise info…"

"The kitchen was fully equiped with the exception of a sponge for dishes and paper towels. I had to buy those at the local market. The only condiments available were salt and pepper. There was no cooking oil."

"The room needs more cleaning especially in bathroom, kitchen, and carpet throughout the hotel. Breakfast was good"
