Some rooms are very noisy up till midnight. Like right over a very loud music stage in the bar at ground level. Other rooms may be quiet. My bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable - probably missing a top mattress. No soap or such in bathroom and kitchen. Big room. Virtually no power sockets other than in kitchen. Very central for bars area. Yet OK parking. And a fine Full English Breakfast can be purchased.

everybody was so friendly from the moment we arrived to when we left maybe 3 star hotel but with 5 star service and as for George what a star . will defo return and would recommend to friends

Une semaine en couple, l’hôtel est très bien située centre ville une rue à coter on peux profiter des bar pour faire la fête. Près de la plage beaucoup de restaurant, market et un centre commercial à 10-15min a pied. Petit bémol le ménage même quand le ménage était fait le sol était pas très propre. Mais sinon c’était nickel

Great location, 3 minutes walk to Paphos Harbour! Nice bar downstairs and friendly staff. Fantastic indian restaurant just down the road. Unfortunately cleanliness let it down a little bit. Not a place for those who like early nights, party/performance every night until midnight in the bar downstairs, heard every word in room on 2nd floor, annoying after 3/4 night. But absolutely loved the location!

Jenny is the star of these apartments. She cannot do enough to help you. They are typical 3 star but clean and adequate for a fab holiday in paphos. Near to the most beautiful restaurants. Shops sea harbour also bear. Perfect base to explore paphos. People in friends bar are very helpful too.

Kamers zijn uitstekend schoon. Helaas komt airconditioning extra op de kamerprijs. 7,= per dag extra. Toe maar...... Geen tafeltjes en stopcontacten naast het bed. Niets op te laden dus en geen plaats voor je boek. Handig. Douche veel te klein. typisch Grieks: als je erin kan staan is het prima. Hoop herrie van het feestcafé beneden. dat stopt wel tegen 00.00 gaat dus niet hele nacht door.

Perfetto se si vuole fare festa e godersi la vita notturna di Paphos. L’hotel è in pieno centro nella zona dei locali notturni. Noi non abbiamo fatto vita notturna, ma ci siamo comunque trovati bene. Il monolocale è isolato bene acusticamente e non si sentono le discoteche vicinissime. Punti deboli: bagno con la doccia poco funzionale (mini paraspruzzi e doccione rotto) e 7€ in più al giorno per l’aria condizionata (necessaria per l’isolamento acustico)

Good location, ok for a few nights.

We stayed here for a long weekend as we were attending our friends wedding at the Annabelle. The lady at reception was lovely, really friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious and generally clean. Only air-conditioning in bedroom so rest of rooms were boiling. It is also €9 a night for the air-conditioning that can only be on when you're in the apartment. Was a very easy short walk to the sea front around 3/4 mins. There were always sunbeds available around pool but area was very small and there is hardly any room to walk around pool sunbeds are right on the edge meaning you are always going to get splashed by anyone in the pool and have kids constantly pushing past u to get to the other end of the pool. not kids fault it's just very small area. The apartment served its purpose as a room for a few nights but wouldn't of wanted to of been here any longer.

Too location

The staff were really great , especially Jenni, at the front desk she helped us with a lot of information .and made us feel very welcome. The internet in the apartment was not really good and if you are looking for a good nights sleep , forget it, the noise from the surrounding bars etc makes it impossible. The location was really good. Great value for the price.

Great location for the "party croud"

The property is located above a restaurant that doubles as a bar at night. All the bars are no more than 5 minutes walk from there, and a night club is within a couple of steps. Greatest location you can find for party goers. If you are looking fir just peace and quiet, not the place for you. Everything is very close by, the harbour, bus stations, all sorts og places to eat.. Basicly the location is everything!

A 2 passi dal porto di Paphos e dalla stazione autobus(funzionabilissima,con 20 euro di biglietto settimanale si gira per tutta la regione di Paphos).Consigliabile per chi ama visitare di giorno e restare in loco la sera bevendo e mangiando nei vari bar e ristoranti.Buon rapporto qualità prezzo del monolocale, il phone bisogna chiederlo in reception.

Excellent experience.

The apartment we stayed in was new, fresh and modern. The friends bar was very welcoming with good food at a reasonable price. Brilliant location close to the harbour. Swimming pool in good condition with enough sunloungers for all. Will be returning and would recommend for a stay in Cyprus.
