"A few thoughts...
Eilat needs better parking options. Not the responsibility of the hotel directly, but there are no great options for arriving by auto during a holiday or on a busy day. But, it seems that if the hotels got together with the city something could be done to improve both the parking and traffic flow around the hotels.

"It was very good. We did not feel the high season and the crowd that came to Eilat the same week. Perfect to those who have a car in Eilat, 1-2 km remote from the "party" and the beach but earns the serenety of a vacation. An excellent bakery and coffee shop 24/7 underneeth the building, a minimarket and a couple of options nearby to eat."

"This hostel is in an excellent locatiion but a bit tricky to find initially. There was no one at the check in when we arrived and no one answered the phone which we were supposed to call. We left a message and within about 15-20 minutes we received an email for self check in.
Once we met a staff member she was super nice.
Nice upper sundeck.
There was no hot water in the evening when i tried to shower."

"This hotel and listing advertise a lounge but they shut it down in early October 2023. Don't book the room with lounge and pay the extra fee; there is no refund for this and no upgrade or anything like that. Also, the gym closed in early October and is not scheduled to reopen any time soon."

"Very noisy all night during Sukkot- had to wear noise cancel headphones to sleep- loud amusement rides next door with screaming people. The hotel was wonderful aside from that. Very comfortable beds and room."

"I checked in at the late hour of 11:30 PM when my previous booking fell through. Hotel was absolutely stunning high end, but price was about 1/3 what I expected. Staff was exceptional. "

There could be something done in the main lobby area to reduce the noise. During check-in on a busy day the noise level is very high, likely due to the high number o hard surfaces in the lobby. It would be nice to see more soft surfaces to absorb sound rather than reflect it.
Now, with that said, our experience at Leonardo Plaza in Eilat was once again excellent. The staff is always friendly and super helpful. The room was clean and in good condition. The food was amazing. We will continue to return for our annual vacation as long as it's possible - the place represents a great value for the money we spent and we're already looking forward to next year."
"The only two good points about the hotel is the location and price. Air-conditioning also was very good. But i didn't like the rooms and the food. It's not that bad, but in every hotel of 4 stars I was before it was much better. My family last day even didn't agree to come eat breakfast with me there. The swimming pool is small, if you have more than 10 persons inside it becomes crowded. I don't know how many stars this hotel is but i wouldn't give it more than 3 stars. I would recommend it to couples that like to be close the living places, but wouldn't recommend it to families."
"Front desk staff was awesome. Property worn down, rooms run down. Front staff excellent. Breakfast not served until 730. Had early flight couldn’t even get coffee "
