"It was fun except the restaurants were open for a short periods and on certain days. The only guaranteed restaurant was the buffet. Honestly all the restaurants were buffet style. We had a drip coming from the vent for 2 days, we had it dripping into a waste basket and the air conditioning broke. We had to call to get our safe opened 3 times…so honestly every day out of 7 days we had to call for something. I’m also not one to call or complain, I didn’t complain about the dripping from the ceiling just asked them to fix it. Then the water makes the room smell like sewer if the blue dye isn’t refreshed in the toilet daily…..so honestly every other tropical place I’ve been to is better…I hate to say it….the people were nice…..the ocean was not clear, and everything on the resort was more expensive than if I were to vacation in FL or CA…."

"Very family friend, there is only one restaurant but the food is really good. Pool area very nice, and kids friendly. Staff very friendly. Room very clean. "

"The facility needs lots of maintenance. The first room we were put in the ceiling was all busted up. The second room in the middle of the night water started dripping from the ceiling into the bathtub. Only had one elevator operating throughout our entire state and various ice machines were not working. We understand that it’s slotted for remodeling and now we know why."

"We enjoyed our stay! Traveled with our adult children and their spouses. Beautiful beach with added bonus of manta rays swimming in the waves (they are safe and fun to watch). The pool area was nice with great bartenders and we enjoyed the poolside lunch service. Low key music and relaxing atmosphere. Everyone was satisfied with the selection of food, nice buffet, omelet bar, only a couple of restaurants but offering a good selection. The Italian option is good, make sure to make a reservation. Really wonderful staff, friendly and helpful. One of our members was tossed by a wave and got a bloody nose. Staff transported her to nearest urgent care and picked her up. Urgent care doctor was excellent. We appreciated their care and concern. Overall, good value for the price. "
