"The only thing okay about this place was the AC. The staff was super nice but we didn’t like the place in general. There were way too many bugs, frogs and ants (even on our beds). The bathtub was dirty. The photos of swimming pool of this property on the internet are years old. It is a dirty pond now. There was no shampoo or shower gel (which is fine for the price you pay) but really spooky and untidy place. Fine for emergencies or just to sleep for a night."

"We loved our stay at The Palms! Overall, the hotel is very cute and clean. We really appreciated that the cleaning staff tidied our room for us everyday. The pool area was amazing and the location of the hotel could not be beat - just a 2 minute walk from the beach! We would definitely stay here again. My two recommendations for the room was that the walls could use some painting, there were some scuff marks. The room could also use more hooks, shelves, racks, and areas to hang and store items. Overall, very happy with the stay!"

"We absolutely loved Condovac the property was beautiful with an excellent view. It was my husband & my honeymoon & they made it very special for us. Our view from our room was spectacular. We did come to this all-inclusive with low expectations due to some of the bad reviews, but it absolutely surpassed our expectations. Because the low price we spent extra money to eat dinners at other restaurants along the beach for dinner. But our breakfasts & lunches were wonderful at the Condovac. The whole resort was almost empty & we basically had the pools all to ourselves!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
