"The “popular amenities” that this hotel claims to have are either extremely underwhelming or simply do not exist. First, while the hotel claims to have Wifi in every room, the network only works in the lobby and loses connection once you reach the third floor of rooms. We ironically had better connection to the wifi at the restaurant in the hotel beside this one then we did in our room. "Really nice place, clean and quiet. Natalina and her daughter were super helpful in terms of getting around the island. Did a lot of walking, the natural hot springs were maybe a 15 minute walk and the next town a little further but the island is gorgeous! "
