"Breakfast is great. Tilted towards Asian cuisine as you would expect, but it includes an open grill with a chef to prepare any eggs you want. Plenty of fresh fruit, cereal, toast, and a buffet of asian cuisine that I didn't explore but many did. Overall a great value. Rooms could stand to be freshened, could use new carpet in the halls, but definitely not 'run down'. Just needs a little refresh to match the rest of the property. Junior and Executive suites are over 600 sqft so very roomy and comfortable."

"Honestly, I didn’t expect much from this hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I arrived. The entrance felt private and secure, with 24/7 security at the door, and the lobby was spacious, modern, and welcoming. I booked a superior king room for three adults and was a bit worried it might feel cramped—but it turned out to be much bigger than expected. We were placed on the 29th floor, which gave us incredible views over Bangkok, something we really enjoyed throughout the stay. Before arriving, I emailed the hotel to let them know we were celebrating my parents’ anniversary. They went the extra mile and arranged a complimentary cake with a card, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated surprise. The pool on the 30th floor was another highlight—beautiful setting, great atmosphere, and amazing city views. Breakfast was served on the 19th floor in a stylish, modern restaurant with lovely views. The selection was decent, though it felt a bit more like lunch than breakfast at times, with items like chicken, curries, and spring rolls alongside the usual eggs and fruits. It might just reflect local culture, but personally, I’d rate the breakfast a solid 7/10. On departure, we had an early flight and were going to miss breakfast, but the staff were very accommodating and arranged a takeaway breakfast with whatever we wanted—great service and a really nice touch. "This place is a gem, close to the airport. The other side of the fence a huge public park with lake and outside build in gym equipments. Hundreds of people exercising early morning and evening. Walking, biking, groups exercising. The night market, 7-11, and small restaurants in walking distance. I had a balcony room, in the 2nd floor, very comfortable big room. Very good quality for budget price."

"Poor check in experience, room was not ready at agreed time. After a long drive with multiple young kids, this is an issue. Once the room was ready, the staff did not offer to help us to the room and did not help us with our bags. This is not like a hotel, more like an old age home. Room itself was clean but the common areas were filthy. I would not recommend this accommodation."
