"Excellent, especially the staff. Very relaxing and quality. The entrance (garden areas - maintenance and security/lighting at night) and parking area are not kept up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. So, first impression was a bit dubious, but once inside it was apparent that the place was of quality."

"I love staying here overnight when Im flying out of Madrid. The property is huge but the service is excellent. The hotel has a very nice bar area and it also has a really good restaurant which is nice to finish off your trip or vacation"
"Closeness to airport. There’s a free shuttle service to the airport but it runs a set hours. You need to ask what those hours are if you want to use it. The window between rides is very wide.
