"This place is a hidden gem. Tucked away in the hillside far away from the hustle of a town however close enough to go to the beaches and local tavernas. They staff are excellent always welcoming, the rooms were clean and we booked a suite with a private pool this was amazing. We loved the privacy and the fantastic view over the hills. We arrived past midnight on our first day because of a delayed flight and the staff, especially Dino, was so welcoming and helpful, which was a great start to our stay. We loved having the beach right out front of our hotel, and the beach service with chairs, umbrellas, food and drinks was fantastic. "Our first trip to Crete couldn’t have been more perfect! We stayed in the Junior Suite with a private pool for five nights, and from the moment we arrived it truly felt like home. The property is absolutely stunning! We actually found it hard to leave because it was so peaceful and beautiful. The private pool made our stay feel extra special, and every corner of the hotel was immaculate and thoughtfully designed. One of the biggest surprises was the food. We had planned to explore different restaurants around the island, but the meals at the hotel were so delicious that we ended up eating most of our meals on the property. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Highly recommend the seafood orzo at Alati. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Everything about this place exceeded our expectations, and it made our first visit to Crete unforgettable."
