"DO NOT STAY HERE! I showed up to check in and was told that I was scheduled to be on the third floor and that the elevator was broken. I have disability and therefore was not able to transport luggage up and down three flights of stairs. The staff there told me they would cancel the reservation and I anticipated that would be completed and I would not be charged or would be refunded. Two weeks later, I have still not been refunded my money and even after calling Expedia as well as the hotel everyone stories are different. I still do not have the refund and when I called the hotel, the lady was rude. She hung up on me. Then I called back spoke with the manager. They initially just picked up the phone and hung up without even talking to me and I called back yet another time and finally the manager did speak with me. He was a little better but still no resolution no refund or anything! DO NOT STAY HERE!"

"terrible customer service. couldn't leave my bag ahead of time even tho rooms were still booked. was told that I had to leave my bag in the lobby and take my chances of it getting taken and they couldn't hold it behind the front desk. Could not pay for an early check in. Breakfast was terrible and they had a terrible selection with no cooked food."

"The room smelled like mildew and marijuana even though i purchased a nonsmoking room. When i got into the bed at the end of the night i discovered the bed was broken, it was falling In. I went to front desk and informed him and was told i needed to speak with the manager and the manager doesnt get in until 7AM. So basically we had to sleep on a broken bed. Then when i went to talk to the Manager he was extremely nasty to me for no reason and told me if i keep talking he will not come check out the bed. I received no compensation, or anything. I was treated horribly and do not recommend this hotel to anyone else."

"My concern was with the cleanliness of the facility. The carpet need cleaning and replacing in the room I occupied and 2 bugs were found in one of the beds in my room. The staff was notified but there was only 1 staff member on hand and when I requested bedding change, I was told that I could get additional bedding but would have to change the bedding myself, which I did. This room was rented for out of town guests due to a funeral being attended and I chose this hotel from the reviews that I read. I was not satisfied with the accommodation. It also had a light smell of marijuana in the lobby and hall areas."

"There was no breakfast and no coffee pot. Bed was hard! On check out morning at 6:30 I was watching tv and it’s like they cut the box off and check out was at 11. "
