"We have one transit night in Colombo and choose this suit apparyment for family stay. The appartment was very neat and clean as well as secure with all facilities including stat of the art swimming pool. The owner Mr. Don was very helpful and supportive and assist us in all manners. The only drawback is you probably unable to go outside without necessary security access that can be granted during morning time."

"Very happy to find this place. It was clean, spaceous, very quiet, and welcoming. It was also nicely located for shopping, dining, and the beach. They had a little trouble with English. We had ordered a shuttle to pick up our daughter at the airport at 3am and it never showed. That caused a little tension, but luckily it all worked out. Other than that, the guys were very helpful and we had a good time (though Colombo is far from our favorite place in Sri Lanka). I would recommend the place."

"We have stayed in :Colombo on many occasions, but always in hotels. For a change we decided to book an apartment in the same area. The Colombo Residency or Crescat residency as its know is in a prime area of Colombo along the Galle Road. Situated next to the Cinnamon Grande Hotel it is within minutes of the Crescat Mall with its shopping and Food Hall situated on the Lower level.
