"No breakfast, laundry room, or business center. All were closed. Air conditioner struggled to keep the room comfortable. Woke up and watched 4 or 5 mice scatter out of my snack bags on the dresser. Packed up and left. When I called to speak with management 3 times I have been ignored. I wanted a refund but I guess now you all get to hear the review instead. This place is absolute garbage. Inside of lobby looks good and pool looked nice. Other than that please dont waste your money on this place. I had to wash all my clothes and left all my food behind due to the mouse infestation."

"Room needs vacuuming, staff was not properly trained, at checkout refused to give printed receipt, no toilet paper in bathroom, and had reserved room for 2 adults and 2 children but only provided 2 towels. Breakfast was okay."

"Everything went good"

"When we arrive at the hotel, there was no toilet paper, tissue paper or hand soap, and they didn’t even have a shower curtain. We had to go to the front desk to request the items. The shower curtain issue dragged for two days so the first two days we had to shower without it and water was splashing all over the bathroom making it slippery. We had to use the towels to dry the floor and so we didn’t have enough towels to use for to dry our bodies. The room also smelled like dogs and you could tell things were just not very clean. And on top of all that the bed was terrible. It was slanted and you could feel the springs in the mattress so I I would wake up every morning with a sore back. I did complain to the front desk and they said they would just make a note. They didn’t offer to change the room or anything like that. I would not recommend going back to this place. Also, I’m not sure if they didn’t plan correctly for the number of guests, or what, but they will run out of breakfast items before breakfast time was over leaving people without stuff to eat."

"All staff were great— friendly, respectful, courteous and very helpful. TJ was amazing. Owners are making their staffs jobs so very difficult from major lack of maintenance. I got there- to find pool closed for renovation. Elevator broken. Our room was on the third floor. Best entrance to bring luggage up stairs - card reader broken- so one could person had to hold the door while the other carried in luggage. We get settled in our room only to realize the air conditioner didn’t work and it was 77 degrees in our room. Issues getting TV to work. That was just us. TJ worked very hard to make as much right as possible. Bu what an impossible task they have given him. The rooms initially looked nice- and they are- but the maintenance for the rooms and property is SEVERELY lacking It’s a shame- it’s a really nice place and the initial Renovation was good. But why bother if you’re going to let it fall apart from regular use. Breakfast was good- nice lobby- great staff at breakfast too! "
