"Front Desk and most staff were exceptional. The morning cook was slow to provide product and some left without eating. My wife did not get a full breakfast and when asked when - 10 minutes. The eggs that were crumbled and cold. When I asked if there was more coming - "there is some in the pan". This is a first negative for us at this facility in the last few years. Room was clean except for the accessible balcony wias full of pigeon poop. Not too appealing. Otherwise, comfortable and quiet. We like the 4th floor to look out on the parking lot. Helps us to feel more secure of our vehicle. The only really frustrating part was to figure out how to use our gift card. Even chat and a call didn't help. So it wasn't used as was told only useable online. It is still our to stay place when we come to Lubbock which is close to monthly or more. We live 100 miles away in NM and our towns do not have quality shopping or eateries."
