"Breakfast is always amazing. The staff is friendly. Rooms are clean. I have stayed several times. None of the ice makers on any floor were working but hopefully they get that fixed soon. We took the shuttle to the Texas Tech game which was really nice. "

"The room, especially bathroom could use a good deep clean. The corners of floor and shower were a little dirty. The hotel is lovely and comfortable- great location. Glad we do not have to use valet parking, although I was surprised at the parking fee for self park. "

"Staff went over and above to accommodate my requests and needs (handicapped brother but I had some large bicycles we needed secured with in and out availability). Rooms were clean, and comfortable and the desk staff was available even at 5 am. Breakfast was good and location was convenient."
