This was a great place but what made it extra memorable was the staff. Ruby was the best and absolutely wonderful. I would definitely stay here again!!

My stay was phenomenal. From the way my shuttle services was arranged, to being picked up and brought to the Resort. The way I was welcomed and how pleasant the staff were, I can say nothing but such great things. Allie, Jessa, Daisy and Five were brilliant. Calls to get my room cleaned were honored promptly. Breakfast was superb. I can go on and on. The one thing I missed was face towels and so I’ll do well to bring some next time. All around, the best beach resort in Boracay.

The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our stay as comfortable as possible. What truly set this hotel apart was the management team. When I reached out with a special request, they were not only accommodating but went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of without any hassle. It's rare to find a team that listens so attentively and follows through so seamlessly. The highlight of our experience came at checkout. Knowing we had a flight to catch, management graciously offered us a complimentary 2-hour late checkout, completely unprompted. That small but incredibly thoughtful gesture made all the difference. We were able to freshen up, finish packing at our own pace, and head to the airport relaxed and right on time, without the usual last-minute rush. It's the little things that leave a lasting impression, and this hotel nailed every single one of them. If you're looking for a place where you'll feel genuinely valued as a guest, look no further. We will absolutely be returning on our next visit. Highly recommended!
