"If you have high, western expectations, a) you don't understand the Philippines, and b) you're going to be disappointed. BUT, we are a family of five, and most Philippines hotels accomidate four max. So, the room was large, the beds were comfortable, and by local standards, all was well. Bring your own soap and shampoo, but the towels are large, absorbent and clean. No food on site (except snacks), but plenty of options within a 100M walk. "My experience in JV hotel is very disappointing & I’m not comfortable. Towels are old & dirty looking . There’s a mosquitoes flying & bugs in the bed . Bathroom is very dirty . Floor is dirty look like is not been cleaned. Furniture is dusty . I checked out early & look for another hotel . Hope the management will check the workers & make improvements to make an effort to give a good service & cleanliness to all the rooms especially the bathroom. Everything in the room is not good .
