Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
This property was completely misrepresented. The listing states it is “on the beach,” but it is actually across the street from the beach with no direct access. We left within 15 minutes of arriving because the unit did not match what was advertised. This was not a matter of preferenceit was a matter of inaccurate and misleading information. Travelers deserve transparency, and this listing does not provide it. The property denied a refund for the misrepresentation. But Expedia stepped up and gave us a full refund because they agreed that the property was advertised incorrectly. So if you're looking at this property and it says on the beach and you want an on the beach experience I would not book.
