Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We arrived at the hotel after a 20hr journey quite tired and ready to have a little nap to get used to the time difference. However, after booking through Expedia, who we have used many times before with no issue, the hotel staff had no clue of our booking and tried to make us pay in cash again. I showed the hotel staff the booking and even showed them the credit card payment on my phone. They insisted on payment in cash which we were not going to pay. I suggested they phone Expedia wo find out why they had been paid for the stay. They would not do this. In the end we booked a different hotel, the blue water resort, and this was far better. We highly recommend stay here. In summary, do not book this hotel, the owners are robbing scum. Thank
