Very nice and available staff, the hotel is very well organized with a private transport service that drives you to the main ski lifts in a couple of minutes. "Familiengeführtes Hotel in ordentlicher Lage. Zu Fuß sind es gute 5 Min. zur Spinale Bahn, aber es fährt auch ein Shuttle (mit sehr freundlichem Fahrer) die Gäste, wenn man nicht laufen mag. Die Zimmer sind eher klein und zweckmäßig, für den Wellnessbereich muss man sich anmelden und einen Bademantel (gegen Gebühr) ausleihen. Frühstück ist tadellos, beim Abendessen hatten wir Gemischtes erlebt: Wir sind am Sonntag angereist, da hatte der Koch womöglich frei, jedenfalls war das Essen nicht von...

"Wonderful hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly. They assisted us since before we booked our stay (being from San Marino, we had issues with the Green Pass). The SPA is without a doubt one of the best I have seen. The location is also fantastic, just a short walk from the lift and train station. We will go back as soon as we can."
