"1. The elevator wasn’t working, but I managed. 2. The swimming pool water was cold and so I only stuck my feet in. 3. The breakfast was ok with sausage links, and eggs. The chocolate muffin was OK. I did not try the waffles or cereal. The orange juice is really good. 4. The air conditioner worked really well. 5. Good idea to have cover slips on the chairs in the sofa, especially with smelly hikers like me coming in. 6.. room was reasonably priced."

"Room was clean. Air conditioning worked fine but was loud making it difficult to sleep as it cycled on and off. Plenty of hot water for showers. Plenty of towels. Could have used more toiletries. Adequate breakfast. Front desk staff very hospitable. Room served our needs for a quick overnight, basic accommodation. "

"The best thing about my trip to Pottsville was the front dest staff. Being so far away from home and being my first visit on the East was a bit nerve racking. However, the front desk was so friendly and helpful. One particular employees stood and and her name was Autumn. Excellent people skills."

"Room was good, clean and sleep able but there is something else going on in or around the hotel?? Kinda strange how many working age ladies seem to be staying in the hotel. "

" No one at desk for 5 minutes and when she came she was yawning. No outlets to charge cell phones. No tv guide to know stations. Poor quality shampoo and conditioner. "

"Parking is super easy and across the street, the breakfast was absolutely wonderful & the tea was delicious! The innkeeper was very pleasant to interact with, and the rooms were absolutely adorable & extremely well kept, well stocked, and comfortable!"
