"I booked a room for two nights at a great rate . The first room had two holes punched in the bathroom door. Went to guest services/front desk to ask for another room. Was put into another room walked into this room to pull comforter down to check sheets and it looked like a blood stain. Started looking deeper to find more things that should not be there! If these rooms are being cleaned everyday or on the turn. I’m honestly going to say Stevie wonder cleaned that room. No hurt no foul but get it together people! With the pictures I took and my boy wanntung to stay in that beautiful room they post on there website!! I lost my money wasn’t refunded one bit walked out and went to the Hyatt!!! Can’t go wrong with the Hyatt!! "
