The location of this hotel is perfect. There was a great selection available at breakfast to start your day. The rooptop loungers was an added bonus, somewhere to relax after a long day of sightseeing and eating :-) I would most definitely stay here again.

We love The Puro - we stay there each time we're in Palma. The rooms are cozy, but beautiful, the beds are so comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. Every staff member makes you feel welcome and that your every care/ concern will be taken care of. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent stay. Would’ve liked some minor upkeep details in the room to have been better but overall it was a great stay. The hotel’s quirky layout was charming and its location was excellent. The sea-front lounge area is not as close to the hotel as it seemed so we skipped it altogether.

Stylish hotel in central Palma, with helpful friendly staff. Lovely clean rooms but also nice spaces around the hotel to relax in - including the rooftop space. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with lots of variety and changes every day. Plenty of interesting places to go in the area (including to eat and drink). Would definitely recommend.

The property is beautiful ( actually 2 hotels which share facilities). Staff lovely, definitely worth including breakfast and definitely worth getting a larger room. We had a 18ms room and was lovely but small and windows only gave natural light, no view. So if you wish to relax in your room and a view is important choose one of the larger rooms budget allowing

Assigned the worst possible room on arrival which was in the basement and with a steep staircase further down to bathroom. It was dark and dangerous with the steep steps, with the only window facing the restaurant. The pool pictured prominently in advertising is at a completely different location at a significant additional fee based on availability. Spa facilities (not services) need to be booked in advance which no one tells you about. Breakfast was good. Location is good too. Extremely disappointed by room and communication.

The Absolute best!! They will happily watch your bags before checkin and after checkout. Customer service was excellent. Jimena was FABULOUS!! She checked us in, set us up with the Puro hotel on the WhatsApp, gave us fabulous recommendations on where to go and what to eat in La Palma and absolutely went out of her way to make our time at the hotel AND the city incredible. I can’t say enough about her or the hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was beautiful. I enjoyed soaking away the day in our rooms tub. Recommendation if you are planning on using the soaking tub - go to the LUSH down the street and purchase some bath salts! Also - the breakfast! Absolutely incredible. It’s all delicious and high quality. Breakfast is buffet style - which my husband and I loved. We had the best nights sleep and by far the best breakfast at Puro! I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone staying in La Palma. We would love to stay at this hotel again and will plan our next trip to Mallorca accordingly so that we can stay here. Just book! You’ll love it. Enjoying your trip!
