Beautiful weather sun by pool all day no shade, very helpful staff they all love English tourist, very quiet day and night, recently been updated,spent three days on deck chairs and swimming in the pool only saw one other person swimming, rooms fully air cons two bathrooms, full cooking utensils , can’t express how much we loved these apartments and will 100% be coming back reviews online are not accurate at all we went the end of June completely silent

The biggest problem was lack of wi-fi in the rooms, and even the lobby wi-fi was not great. The place was overall very clean and with good amount of (natural and artificial) light, and the furniture was good, too. But there were no essentials provided (you have to buy soap, shampoo, napkins. &c). Even though the narrow streets look kind of sketchy and off-putting (the occasional dog faeces don’t help), we didn’t feel exactly unsafe because there were so many tourists out at almost all hours of the night. The so-called “supermarkets” in the neighbourhood are all mini-marts so you can’t easily find many products. The staff aren’t fluent English speakers.

Ho soggiornato presso Apartamentos Don Juan per 3 notti,una mini fuga insieme ad amici. La camera era singola,all’arrivo molto pulita. Il check-in molto veloce e comprensibile nonostante la barriera linguistica. Il personale della reception sempre molto disponibile in ogni nostra richiesta. Situato molto vicino al mare,raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 5 minuti. Peccato aver trovato l’unico weekend piovoso ma,è un’isola davvero bella e piena di cose da fare anche con questo inconveniente. Ci siamo divertiti,abbiamo visto un sacco di cose e fatto un sacco di esperienze. L’unica pecca,proprio per la questione pioggia,il soffitto aveva una perdita d’acqua in bagno,ma per il resto,son stata molto bene durante il mio soggiorno. La zona non è una delle più tranquille,la sera molta movida e molto alcool tra i più giovani.. la struttura è situata in alto rispetto al lungo mare,molto silenziosa… La gente del luogo molto disponobile e molto paziente. Ci siamo mossi molto bene con i taxi,molto frequenti durante il giorno,la sera un po meno ma qualcuno che gira lo trovi sempre. Un segno con la mano e ti scarrozzano ovunque tu voglia andare. Esperienza nella totalità ottima! Ci tornerei,sia in struttura,consigliatissima ma anche a Palma! Davvero bella!

Gefallen hat mir: 2x2er zimmer mit wohnküche und 2 Badezimmer… das war eine gute Aufteilung. Kühlschrank war angemessen groß und der Balkon auch. Das Pool war sauber und die Stimmung entspannt. Das Personall war stets nett und konnte deutsch oder englisch. Die Ausstattung der Küche war okay… eine neue 8€ Pfanne von einem 1€ Laden hätte Wunder bewirkt. Die war echt nicht gut/gesund. Es haben tatsächlich geschirrhandtücher gefehlt und etwas mehr reiniger. Es gab nur spülmittel…. Der größte negativ Punkt war die Dusche. Wasserdruck zu lasch und egal welche der beiden Duschen man einstellen wollte, die temperatur wanderte von: verdammt ist das kalt zu: aua das ist wirklich zu heiß. Und ich bin nicht zimperlich was das angeht und 4 personen haben 5 tage probiert was passendes ein zu stellen… aber das war schon echt nicht schön/schmerzhaft. Zumal auch echt viel schwarzschimmel an der Duschwanne war. Dringend Latschen mitnehmen! Aber wer mit diesen Mankos leben kann (oder wenn sie behoben worden) bekomm man eine unterkunft die preis/leistungs technisch echt gut ist.

La ubicación es muy buena para los que quieran tranquilidad y al mismo tiempo cercanía , un Lidl muy cerca , la amabilidad del personal excelente.Ahora le hace falta un buen mantenimiento a los apartamentos: luces que no encienden , mandos que no funcionan , duchas que pierden agua ,poco menaje de cocina y poca intimidad.

Die Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig aber nicht wirklich sauber. Zum Schlafen war es ausreichend. Die Küche ist dreckig, keine Trockentücher vorhanden und der Spülschwamm war schon benutzt. Für einen Kurztrip okay, das war es dann aber auch schon.

leider hatten wir in unserer Unterkunft ein kleines Problem mit Ameisen, sonst war die Unterkunft super. Der Pool enthielt nicht so viel Chlor. Außerdem gab es auf unserem Zimmer leider kein WLAN. WLAN gab es nur in der Lobby, was ich schade fand. Im Großen und Ganzen ist es aber eine super Alternative zu herkömmlichen Airbnb

Para la zona en la que se encuentra llena de turistas jóvenes y mucha fiesta, es un sitio muy tranquilo y respetuoso, siempre está el portero pendiente de que la gente respete el silencio y la tranquilidad, además de su trato con nosotros que fue excelente. El apartamento es básico, te ofrece la comodidad básica, pero se está muy a gusto, con aire acondicionado en el salón y en el dormitorio. Lo único que no me gustó fue la limpieza que es excasa, las toallas y el baño en general estaban bastante sucios cuando llegamos.
