The staff were friendly. I had a suite with three people. The furniture was dated with minimal carpeting. There was a microwave and small fridge. I enjoyed the large television. The laundry room was out of service. Our stay was two days.

Indian Wells Resort Hotel
A great value. Overall, the rooms were clean, and the dinner lounge had a really good evening live show. I was told they were going through an ownership change and asked if I could not charge my dinner to my room and pay by credit card... no big deal. Lastly, one elevator was out near my room.

Palm Mountain Resort and Spa
We were surprised at how nice the resort was for the price. They let us check in early which was great and they were very welcoming to our pets too. We would definitely stay there again.
