Sol Oasis Marrakech - All Inclusive

"We had a lovely stay at Sol Oasis. It was nearly faultless. Lovely staff, clean and beautiful environment, smart room and good shower etc. The location is convenient for Marrakech and it's nice to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city to our little oasis. For us, there wasn't much to fault however the buffet and cocktails were a little style over substance. A lot of the food was very bland, the deserts look incredible but they were mostly all tasteless. For us the cocktails were like drinking neat cordial/Robinsons fruit squash, we tried a couple of them, but they were not drinkable. The pool was incredible, massive and great for doing laps. The rest of the facilities were really impressive. We used the gym every day, played tennis and more. Overall, I would return!"

"Property was clean , rooms very big and spacious, the pool is lovely as it has areas for the kids and the entertainment team are super fantastic at keeping everyone enjoying their stay all day. Restaurant staff are really great at customer service, food could have a bit more variety but ok . Overall all the staff made the stay a great one, definitely going back."

"Palais Ronsard séduit par la beauté des lieux, la propreté irréprochable et une atmosphère paisible très soignée. Le staff est attentionné, élégant et discret, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Très bon menu végétarien, mais attention : beaucoup de plats sont déjà préparés avec du beurre cuit ou intégré aux bases. Pour les intolérants comme moi , les options adaptées restent donc assez limitées mais ça ne m’empêchera pas d’y revenir Petit déjeuner top Personnel top Shaima et Oumaima et l’ensemble du personnel adorables"

"There is no laundry service available at this hotel which was advertised & what we had planned on using immesiately upon checkin after our trip to the desert. We could not find laundry services we needed anywhere convenient & had to wear dirty cloths for 3 days. Also, despite the images & videos of super fun pool games there were none, so we played made-up games with an empty waterbottle and ping-pong balls....which we were told by the lifeguard we werent allowed to play as the waterbottle was garbage & not a toy :("
