"The hotel was lovely but what made the hotel superb was the staff. There are many and please forgive me if i forget anyone, from the porters, to the chamber maids, to the restaurant and pool staff and the reception staff. Thank you to the wonderful staff in reception, i forget the two lovely ladies name who arranged transport and late checkout for us. They truly went out of their way and we felt really special. Abdellah and Brahim and the other staff at reception, nothing was too much. The staff at the restaurant , the lovely Malak and Soifiane who saw to us daily and Halim too was lovely. To be honest everyone was. Chef Fatima was always making sure service ran smoothly and even one of the chef behind the counters (I believe he was one of the main chefs) actually looked for something for my husband and sent it over to our table."
