The service in the restaurant was outstanding: attentive, friendly, and professional. A special thank you to KAMAL, who was an absolute legend. He consistently looked after us and made sure our dinner experience was enjoyable every evening. He even took the time to practice French with my son, which meant a lot to us and really made our stay memorable. The room was superb — clean, comfortable, and exactly what you want after a long day. "Rooms were very clean and well looked after. Staff were great and the hotel is a great place to stay with great fascilities and food. Downside is the bars all close at 11 o'clock for all inclusive and the only option hten is to use a bar where you have to pay for drinks etc."

"Upon arrival there was a 2 hour delay from when we could check in to when we got our room. We ended up getting a room which was already occupied and had to be re roomed twice. Receptionists Khalid and Wafae were rude and unhelpful. They offered no apology and said speak to the manager. I could not get hold of the manager for the duration of my stay. The resst of the facilities were good. Food was average but plenty. The pools were good."
