They were always willing to help and went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I felt comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. The property itself was absolutely gorgeous and provided such a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was extremely accommodating, and their genuine hospitality made our experience even more special. The daily breakfast was delicious, and one of my favorite touches was how personal the service felt. The staff remembered our breakfast orders and even knew my husband and me by name. Those little details made us feel truly valued and welcomed. The spa was also amazing and provided the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind. And because we were celebrating my birthday, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel extra special. Their thoughtfulness and kindness made my birthday celebration in Morocco even more memorable. I am so grateful for the wonderful hospitality we received. My husband and I left with beautiful memories that we will cherish forever. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Morocco. "1st room was a very long walk to the restaurant and pool, swapped to 2nd room had a very bad smell, swapped to 3rd room closer all areas of the resort and was comfortable, room furnitures are very old from the 70’s, you have to pay to use safe in the room, front reception staff are very helpful, Wifi very poor, good verity of breakfast, lunch and dinner. All in all, not a bad resort for a low budget."
