"Lovely hotel, friendly staff"

"Hotel was nice clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was all AMAZING especially Fatima she did my welcome meeting and helped in finding the best excursions and tours.The hotel spa was also AMAZING did my first hammam massage and it was great, had an amazing experience. The food was ok, being in morocco i really wanted that authentic Moroccan cooking but unfortunately the hotel was more mordern in the foods. After 2 nights and the food was the same i ate dinner out the rest of the time. Alcoholic beverages were weak and watered down even shots were watered down. The hotel does offer nightly entertainment like karaoke, shows, live band music etc. but by11pm everything is closed and over for the day. No food, drinks, nothing after 11pm. So again went out most nights. Rooms was ok clean and comfortable, even though room was cleaned daily towels and sheets were not changed had to ask for new ones. Overall ok stay hotel grounds are gorgeous and hotel is gated with security."

"The hotel lobby is superb! And it is the only thing which I can say good about this hotel. It itself is worn off. Serous reconstruction needed. Many tourists looking for getting free alcohol. Sport activities in poor condition. Poor all inclusive service. Just add some extra money for your stay and stay somewhere else at a higher price. This is just not worth it. "

"We enjoyed staying in the tent for a couple of nights for a peaceful Marrakech stay. It is a lovely place if you have a car. The animals were friendly - lots of dogs, cats, horses, birds, nature. There is a shop and restaurant on site which is very convenient. Pool and hot tub aren't open this time of year. Towels would have been nicer If they were bigger and staff didn’t clean or change towels while we stayed. "

"I stayed at the hotel in winter season. Only one restaurant open. Can’t rate anything else as it was closed. Looked like a great place to be in the summer. "

"This is a fantastic hotel for a family holiday. We went with our 3 year old, and there was plenty to do in the daytime and entertainment in the evening. The swimming pool has a great shallow / paddling section, and the splash pool with little slides is great. The kids club is quite well equipped, and the playground and trampoline were a really great addition too. The staff were all super friendly, probably the best I’ve ever encountered in a hotel anywhere!. The buffets were good - I really enjoyed some of the Moroccan dishes, and of course there were also the general hotel buffet dishes, so there is something for everyone. The drinks were fine- the wine was quite nice and the piña coladas were very tasty! There were lots of families with children there - ranging from babies to older children, all having a lovely time, so it’s really ideal if you have a family. The evening entertainment included dancing for the children for half an hour before the main entertainment. But there were also plenty of couples /groups of friends too, so I would say the hotel suits everyone. "
