"Extremely disappointed. Second floor room. Heard every step the person above me made. Felt like a cheaply built apt building. Staff never refilled the empty shampoo bottle. Sink had whiskers in it when I checked in. No remote control for one of the TVs. Ridiculously understaffed. Bartender seemed to be working in the kitchen while trying to tend bar. Very slow service. Many frustrated guests. "

"Pools were very nice. The main hotel is super dated and not super well kept up. The villas across the parking lot were fabulous though and much cleaner and nicer. If you choose this hotel definitely go for the villas. Their pool is quieter and very relaxing too (near the villas)"

"This was hands down the best experience we've ever had in this area. It all kicked off at the front desk and Jeremy was the absolute best at representing the Hyatt brand. He was super professional, friendly, and knew everything about the property, including its history. Just everything you'd expect from a place like this and then some. The room was top-notch! It was huge and spotless. The pools were also great, and there was loads of seating within a few steps of the pool. Overall, our stay was just amazing and we'll definitely be back."
