"Pros - Great place to stay for Indian Well, close to a cute downtown area with lots of shops and restaurants. Quiet and relaxing. Cons - they must allow pets here, lots of people have their dogs. Great for them, not so great for other people who had to deal with pet hairs, or had allergies to dogs. They tried to keep it clean, but I am sure people let their pets on the bed and sofa, etc..."

"The property is a bit dated but very well cared for. The landscaping and buildings are very nice. The unit was very clean. The pool deck could use a bit of a face lift- the desert heat must impact it. "
