"When we got there early the lady in the front desk was nice enough to check us in early. Our room was decent, however the bathroom was very small. The pool was nice. We order food dinner and the guy who was taking our order was nice. I do felt bad because he was not only the server, he was also bartending, and cleaning the entire resto. Then what disappointing that they won’t allow late check out."

"The unit was perfect for a weekend getaway. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. If staying in Palm Desert, I highly suggest this location compared to the other big name resorts. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, there are pickleball courts, tennis courts and a golf course. The highlight of my trip is always the giant figure 8 swimming pool. 10/10 recommend this resort!"

"The main lobby was beautiful and has alot of charm. That said was disappointing to see how dirty the chairs and chair coverings were by the pool especially considering the price of the hotel which does not include parking. Staff were seen using towels to cover the daybeds since several had what looked to be like old food stains, etc."
