"This hotel is in a great location and for the price, it’s great value. Upon checkin, the staff were exceptional and it was a fun experience. The 2 free drinks really were a plus in my opinion. This hotel is very lucky to have the 2 staff members that checked me in. However, what lets this hotel down in my opinion was; 1. the train line next to the property. I stayed in a Harbour Bridge view room on level 1 and the room shook and rattled from every passing train. 2. The car parking situation. Arrived at 6pm to the car park full sign. While you do have access to the parking station around the corner, I found this a bit inconvenient. And 3. The restaurant. I was advised this would be closing on a Saturday night at 845pm. No room service option available. Uber eats to the rescue for those staying here. All in all this hotel is still a solid experience. 7/10 but would be lower if not for the exceptional staff. "

"Stayed for 1 night in a king deluxe room and it was smazing! Room is very spacious, bed & pillows so comfortable! Large bath tub & great separate shower. Had fantastic cocktails at Brookies in the happy hour. Staff have been very professional & friendly. It is walking distance to The Rocks area and cruise terminal. Will definitely stay here next time we are going on a cruise and need a place to stay the night before."

"The staff and facilities at the Langham earned every bit of this review. Everyone was great, we were treated like vip's, and everything about this hotel was just elegant. Room amenities were amazing, and swimming pool/hot tub were one of the best I've experienced. I have found my preferred hotel in Sydney. Thank you for a great stay!"

"1 bed suite is ok. I wouldn't pay for balcony, there was no view and it's unappealing. Bed was comfortable. Difficult to contact reception or anyone in the evening, took 30mins to get through because they forgot to make up the sofa bed. Hotel is ok, reasonably clean but still looks dated. "

"The rooms were beautiful and clean. The ambiance in the hotel was very impressive and well integrated into the historic building. I enjoyed the guided historical tour through the building. The surroundings have amazing shopping opportunities in beautiful malls from the late 1800s (Queen Victoria Building and The Strand). One can walk to all the sights in central Sydney."
