"It’s a very old hotel, there were no blankets available, TV had very few channels, the volume didn’t work and the outlet behind the TV looked unsafe and could start a fire! The carpet had a tear in it, the lock on the glass door was loose and it also had a bar to secure the door. Parking was very limited and tight. Would not recommend staying there and we won’t be back!"

"We stayed at Nova Inn Resort after a long day of moving and were very tired when we arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, and we were able to settle in and rest right away. The next morning, we mentioned a small issue we experienced, and the staff were very kind and understanding. They immediately went above and beyond and offered us a complimentary extra night, which we truly appreciated. Overall, we had a positive experience. The staff’s kindness and customer service really stood out and made us feel taken care of during a stressful time. We are grateful for their hospitality and would consider staying another night 🌙"
