Tideline Palm Beach Ocean Resort and Spa

Tideline Palm Beach Ocean Resort and Spa

10/10 Excellent
"Long wait for dining and room service. Manager delivered my breakfast personally because I was having problems. Noisy over my room because of music at night. Locks on doors are difficult to use Food in dining room was very good, despite the wait and wait staff. Not enough servers for inside and out. Spa treatments were terrific. Manager at desk gave me a courtesy for some of the issues I had. I can’t remember his name but he sits at a computer near the check-in. Days I believe I have been there before and will come again. Beach is sensational."

Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach

Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach

10/10 Excellent
"We had such a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons Palm Beach. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was exceptional. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay special. The resort itself is beautiful, but it was truly the people who made our experience so memorable. A very special thank you to Nick, who went above and beyond for us throughout our stay. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. He made us feel incredibly well taken care of and turned an already beautiful stay into an exceptional one. It’s rare to encounter someone who makes such a lasting impression, and Nick absolutely did."
