"I was very disappointed with the quality of services provided by the staff, particularly front office/reception staff. They did not seem to be well trained and professional in their approaches For example, I had to request them to arrange the welcome ritual and welcome drink for us. We had to wait to get the room even after reaching after 2 pm. They could not arrange a rented car in time for our travel to Rishikesh etc. etc. Only nice hotel building does not ensure appreciation from your guests. Please try to provide the quality services to every guest."

For future trips, a quick call to check on "last-mile connectivity" can help manage expectations. The Wait: A long wait for a room after a tiring drive is never ideal. It’s a good thing the food was there to save the day! Tech Blackout: While "no power" is a common explanation, it’s a bit unusual for a modern hotel not to have a backup generator for basic Wi-Fi and TV. Then again, being next tthe Ganges without a screen might have been a hidden blessing for the soul. A Quick Tip for Next Time If you return to Haridwar, check if the hotel offers a pick-up service from the parking lot. Many premium properties near the ghats have their own dedicated e-rickshaws to ferry guests and luggage through the restricted zones. It sounds like you handled the delays with grace—and returning the "favour" with a late check-out is a fair trade-off!"

"My stay was absolutely magical. The property is in immaculate condition. The owners, Mohit and Sharmila, are salt-of-the-earth people—very heart-centered and so welcoming. The staff and the taxi driver they recommend are just as friendly. My stay was incredible; I have food restrictions as I am vegan and gluten-free, and the chef made each dish for me with so much love. If you are looking for the ultimate experience while in Rishikesh, I highly recommend this property. For a form of exercise I did stair climbing on the property that allowed me to have a great work out. I loved my stay so much that I booked another week at the tail end of my vacation. It is such a wonderful place to be if you are looking for peace, tranquility, and to be surrounded by people who radiate beautiful energy and the magic of the mountains.""

"Location is beautiful and serene . All the staff are super helpful. Food was good . Spa was excellent.my two small issues are : there is a nice path behind the hotel and u can walk to Triveni ghat and actually all over Rishikesh avoiding the terrible traffic but hotel staff didn’t tel us and I only going it on my last day . I think hotel staff should do a 10 min session and advice about local paths to avoid the complete congested roads .The yoga sessions were very good but only 1 session a day I think they shd be more . If u want a peaceful retreat away from the frantic Tapovan this is best place to stay . However if u wish to stay in Tapovan then the roads leading are very congested and u shd look for somewhere else . I stayed with my family and would certainly come back to stay"
