What a wonderful hotel! We had an amazing stay here and the location is unbeatable (3min walk to Theater Massimo). The room was perfect with a balcony, a really comfortable bed, and an amazing shower. The staff was fantastic and so helpful. 10/10 for me, no complaints and we will stay here again ...

Great location - I arrived the cruise terminal (10 mins walk) and left from the train station (30 mins walk), with sightseeing. Staff very helpful. Room large and generally fine but some maintenance issues. Breakfast good but very quiet (at Easter). Luggage storage in a room but no security on it. ...
