My daughter and I stayed for five nights in August and we love the location. The suite is clean. It has easy access to transportation and there’s lots to do right outside this location. I will definitely be returning.

The location is ideal for those who want to explore Palermo's historic center. The facilities were immaculate clean! Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast at the cafe was tasty. Mari and Francesco were awesome at the cafe.

Good communication, easy late checkin.

I needed to check in late, this was easily accommodated with excellent communication. Room was large, with a bottle of water in the fridge. Would happily stay again.

Kala Rooms were clean and in a good location close to the harbour and main shopping/eating old town tourism areas. The breakfast worked well across the plaza in front of Kala Rooms, with a hotel-provided coupon to a pastry shop for a wide variety of delicious fresh pastries and coffees.

It was very easy to find and the staff were extremely helpful in explaining how to get in, check out, aid me in getting to the airport the following morning. The room was spotless, had a lovely view from the window and the cafe across the way for breakfast was very nice.

Great for travelers who is going by train or boat!

We stayed only one night and for such a short time it was great. Even though we came late and the reception wasn’t open they had a really good and simple way of checking in. The information was excellent! The room were clean and we had everything we needed. And there is a really nice long street with a lot of restaurants right outside so it was simple to go out for a dinner late at night with children.

Loved my stay from beginning to end. Self check-in was very smooth. The room was HUGE by European standards. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was served at a bistro/cafe just a minute’s walk from the door of the property. The area around the property was lively, yet quiet. There were dozens and dozens of dining options within a ten-minute walk of the property. I truly can’t say enough good things about the property.

We liked the property in general. The location was great and unit was clean and spacious. Few things to be aware of, the toilet is on septic tank and make loud noise when using water, there is some smell but not too bad. The units are using very narrow and steep stairs so not easy to take big bags up but manageable if careful. Having said that the location plus and clean unit overcame the negatives. House cleaning was also great.

AC uten effekt

Vi fikk et rom uten vindu, noe vi ikke var klar over på forhånd. AC var veldig svak og kjølte ikke ned rommet i det hele tatt. Det var uutholdelig varmt og det ble dessverre altfor dårlig søvn her, noe som gjorde oppholdet lite komfortabelt. Vi fikk beskjed om at ikke noe var galt med AC, så antar dette er hva man kan forvente seg ved et opphold her. Ellers var det rent og beliggenheten er bra med rolig med gangavstand til en liten strand.

Facile et moderne au pied de Taormine

Logement moderne au pied de Taormine, pas mal de restaurant et plages, ça ne vit que le soir! Stationnement gratuit en front de mer. Attention les chambres sur rue sont assez bruyantes, sinon logement super !!!

Ottimo!

Camera nuovissima, di buon gusto e di pulizia impeccabile. Con un comodo bagno e piacevole affaccio sulla via. Cortese la gestione. Zona vivace e ottimo punto di partenza per le visite della città o come sosta breve per lavoro. Noi abbiamo segnato il nome tra i i nostri preferiti su Palermo e lo consiglieremo di certo. Unica cosa da segnalare la presenza di una rampa di scale importante per l'accesso alle camere che per qualcuno può rappresentare un problema.

A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Palermo

Our stay in Palermo was made even more memorable by this charming room thanks to its unbeatable location, perfectly located right in front of a charming piazza. Waking up to the lively yet peaceful atmosphere was a true delight, with the sounds of the city slowly coming to life just outside our window. The room itself was beautifully designed, but the real standout feature was the bathroom—the gorgeous tiles added a unique and elegant touch, adding a lovely charm to the space. One of the loveliest surprises was receiving two breakfast vouchers for a local bar just across from the piazza. Starting our mornings with a perfect Sicilian pastry and a rich espresso while taking in the vibrant street scene was the ideal way to soak up the local culture. Everything about this stay, from the unbeatable location to the thoughtful details, made it an unforgettable experience. I would absolutely stay here again!
