Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
The room was great, bed was comfortable and air conditioning was cold! But, staff was very rude. After delayed flight and lost luggage, we arrived at almost midnight to the property. Hard to find with very little instructions and dark stairway. Elevator got to first floor then fell to bottom!!! Many rude messages about us arriving late. Would only take euro for tax, did not accept credit card. Just all around poor communication.
