The location is wonderful and the room is very comfortable. Adriana, Roberta, and Miss Concetta are all beautiful people. The breakfast was great too!

I had an amazing stay! The most notable was the staff…they are wonderful, very helpful and will make you feel most welcome! The building is lovely and so are the rooms! Good location…walkable to the Old Town and public transport is close by.

This was my second 3-week stay in one year at this wonderful hotel. The hotel is very clean, staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast is fantastic. The hotel is close to a lot of great restaurants and quiet at night. It is a perfect place for your vacation to Palermo!!

the staff was very helpful , informative and friendly and the place was pretty , very clean and quiet.. walking distance to main town shopping and restaurant area … a little uncomfortable late at night entering premises with a code but other than that great value for our money

This wasn’t for me. It’s like a big air bnb with a common room where the individual rooms are off on the sides. The AC was weak, mosquitoes in the room, toilets were running, and the safe had issues where it kept blaring an alarm. I don’t love having to use WhatsApp to contact the staff who are not on site all the time.

We spent 4 nights in the grand room. The location is great, centrally located and an easy walk to most major sites in downtown Palermo. We received clear and timely instructions prior to checking-in. The room was clean and modern. The service was fantastic; anything we asked for was provided in a very timely fashion and the staff was helpful when we had questions or sought recommendations. I would absolutely recommend Arche' to anyone staying in the area.

The property was a bit difficult to find. We were lucky that Rebekah was kind enough to come out in the front of the building to find us! She was so helpful. Our rooms were both spacious and comfortable. Good location and quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again.

Really wonderful stay at Arche due to the amazing staff: Annalisa, Roberta, and Concetta! They took great care of us for five days. Facility is great, modern and comfortable. Good location. Highly recommend the breakfast. Great value and delicious. We will be back!

Annalisa is an incredibly kind woman who constantly made us feel welcome during our stay in Palermo. This boutique hotel was created with keen attention to detail and truly stunned us. Beautiful finished and lots of natural light spilled into the suite and we couldn’t have been happier. I highly recommend staying here and I already can’t wait to visit again!

I booked a three-week stay at Arche Design Rooms and Suites and it was fantastic. The room was very clean, the breakfast every morning was great, and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located in the center of town, close to great restaurants and the opera house. This is a wonderful hotel you should consider when booking your vacation in Palermo!!

The room was very clearly depicted as small on the web site and it was, but so well thought out, organized and modern that we were very comfortable. The skylights were amazing and bright and the room was very well organized, clean, modern but still will lots of character. Staff were amazing..on checkin they took the time to explain many sites to see, tips and restaurants to try. When our ferry the next day was cancelled due to severe weather, staff made multiple long calls to the ferry company to help us resolve so that our trip was not ruined (which was especially helpful as we do not speak Italian). Great central location too! Would stay again without question!

Rooms are super small and in my opinion, not worth the price they list. You also have to pay an extra charge for using the spa which is a little absurd considering how much the rooms are per night. Would not stay here again.

The rooms are really great and the staff is very friendly and responsive. Be advised, no elevator in the building. The area around the property is a little dirty and parking and driving area a mess (just like the rest of Palermo). There isn't a ton of great restaurants or bars or things to do right next to the property but the main historical center of Palermo is only a 10-15 min walk.

5 stars for Roberta and her colleague (sorry I didn’t get her name), they made this stay what it was with their warmness and helpfulness. The room was very comfortable. Hotel conveniently located. I would recommend the restaurant just around the corner Quattro Passi, lovely staff and great seafood and pasta at very reasonable prices. I think cleaning of the room could be improved. On arrival a lot of hairs in the shower and black mould around the sink - wasn’t cleaned throughout the stay. On a day I asked for room to be cleaned, wine glasses weren’t changed. Cleaning products left in the room.
