This hotel is not a fancy property, but it is nothing short of wonderful. Surrounded by the jungle, the parking area lined with bamboo trees, you feel like you are truly in contact with Mother Nature. Staff were really nice and made sure we had everything we needed, they really went the extra mile.
Room was very clean, great natural light, and good bedding, we were really tired after visiting the Palenque ruins, so this was very much appreciated.
We had an issue with hot water (believe it or not, weather was ok the cool side), but quickly resolved.
In summary, we loved it and we hope we can come back soon!!!
The essentials were fine: good A/C, clean comfortable bed and pillows, enough space for two double beds, good dark blind. The shower worked well, but the loo seat was loose. It was cheap, though, so it seems unfair to complain! There was a swimming pool that I wasn’t tempted to use, but it looked clean. No food at all on the premises, so if you’re going to arrive late and stay here, get something to eat before you arrive. The restaurant opposite, the Jungla Maya, has a good choice of food at reasonable prices. It would have been good to have a chair and maybe a table in the room.

Ideal salir caminando a 100 metros a la carretera a pedir transporte público (ir a zona Arqueológica o a centro, cobra $25 MNX pp) taxis cobran 100 a 150 MNX.
