El personal es muy amable, frente del hotel hay una agencia de viajes con un super buen servicio. Las habitaciones limpias, alrededor varios restaurantes con muy buena comida. A 10 min del tren maya, caminando puedes llegar en 10 min. a la plaza central de Palenque.

El hotel me gustó por limpio y bien ubicado, me he quedado en otras ocasiones sin problemas pero en esta ocasión había música muy fuerte en los alrededores, que se calmó un poco como a las 12 pero no me dejaba dormir. Pero el Hotel en sí muy bueno
