"Wonderful location in the heart of Genoa. Susanna was a great host and very responsive and helpful during our stay there. Our Suite was spacious and comfortable. Not a problem for us, but there are stairs to contend with and the door to the shower is very tight to access."

"Location is close to port and train station, which was great. But the spaces are a bit tight. It was a short one night stay so it was ok for the short stay. "

"We were warmly welcomed by the kind staff throughout our stay… registration, housekeeping, bar and breakfast. That made the stay memorable. The hotel itself is classic old school with period details that transport to another era. That having been said, our room was well appointed with modern conveniences including a fantastic bed and triple-paned? windows overlooking the scenic piazza below. "
"Good breakfast with pleasant staff.
Room was clean and nice size.
Good central location and next to train station for easy day trips. Hotel is old but in great condition and has wonderful charm, especially the elevator. Was also nice to use the rooftop terrace and bar at the related hotel next door. Restaurant's in the area are great but the restaurant in the hotel was very nice also if you don’t want to leave. Would definitely stay again. "
"This was my favourite place we stayed at while in Italy. The building was stunning and historic, while the rooms were modernized.
Breakfast was simply incredible and the staff was warm and friendly.
Highly recommend!!!"
