"The property is extremely well located near the start of the old town and was walkable to everywhere. Our room was small but very lovely and when we stuck our heads out of the window, we had an amazing view of the old town! The only problem was parking - we couldnt find any bc of a festival - but thats not the hotels fauot! Just be a bit organsjed - and i recommend parking behind the bus terminal (Eu10 per day)."
"Was a spectacular room and bathroom, pool area was comfortable and pleasant place to spend time. Nice breakfast and good service. Large patio area with lovely views. Is about a 25 minute walk up hill to montepulciano which is a lovely place to spend the evening - worth booking the restaurants in town. The path from the hotel through the broken gate could really do with a bit of tlc"

"Such an oasis of calm and relaxation. The room was large and cool with a very comfortable bed. The pool was beautiful and very refreshing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A wonderful setting and just a short walk from the beautiful town and many fantastic restaurants. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting Montepulciano."
"Very cute boutique hotel in a great location in Montepulciano. The price was great for how big and comfortable rooms are. There is a bar/restaurant attached so that’s very convenient for the afternoon drinks. Parking is further away but you can drive up to the hotel and the manager will take the car to the parking lot for you. We really enjoyed our stay in Montepulciano for a couple of nights!"
"This property was amazing! At the very top overlooking the central plaza. The area it was in was so beautiful. The owners were extremely nice and helped us get to the parking lot which was aout a ten minute walk away. Every morning a very nice breakfast was waiting for us in the restaurant. The food at night was exquisite, and we always got the best seat in the house on a beautiful terrace overlooking the countryside. I would highly recommend this place abd hopefully make it back again someday. "
