A lovely room but a little much for two seniors and four bags. A quick text message to the staff and we were moved down a floor. Very much appreciated! Very generous space in this medieval property. Pulizia ineccepibile così come la cortesia del personale e la colazione, con varietà di prodotti non ampissima ma di ottima qualità. La stanza prenotata era abbastanza essenziale e il bagno seppure ben curato non era finestrato. L'aspiratore del bagno era incredibilmente rumoroso, così come l'impianto refrigerante della stanza. Il piccolo giardino offriva una vista sulla valle che potrebbe essere valorizzata...

"We didn’t have a car and were told very honestly that Montepulciano was nearly impossible to navigate w/o one, which we appreciated. The local restaurants were incredible and this spot was perfect for our short stay traveling through Italy. "
