"A really lovely hotel, in the centre of Venice. It was in a great location and within walking distance of all the main attractions. There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby as well. Staff were able to offer recommendations and help regarding places to eat. The staff were particularly helpful and friendly throughout our 6 day stay. Nothing was too much trouble, for example, giving us a map to explain where the water bus stops were, as we wanted to go to Murano. Every member of staff was polite and keen to help us enjoy our holiday. We had a huge room with a canal view; there was a well equipped bathroom with a shower and a bath; we had a fridge/mini bar and a seating area. There was a large selection of food available for breakfast and we enjoyed a long and leisurely breakfast every morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel! "

" Breakfast area was a bit too crowded during all 3 days of our stay. No toaster, which was disappointing as it is a basic amenity. The room maintenance and staff were excellent and helpful. Thanks. "

"This hotel is in the heart of activities in Venice, just a few steps from St. Mark’s square. Very convenient, with lots of shopping and dining options. The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel is a very clean and well maintained. Breakfast and afternoon tea was excellent. The accommodation is definitely 5 star! Will absolutely stay here again. "
