"It’s called “Bills Tourist Inn” so we thought they would have some info about anything. They couldn’t help with tours, any information about what and where to go and couldn’t even recommend a good restaurant, so we were on our own. Hot water would come and go and there wasn’t any WiFi to help us figure things out. We basically had to walk into the Main Street for everything anyway so we should have just stayed closer. "

"It is ok to stay for one or two days. A big cockroach was found in the toilet. The owner was not present on the top roof when I check out and so I had to wait for a long time. Last, hotel.com provides the wrong location of the inn on the map in their website"

"The first room was very dirty, and the bed sheets were wet and.. Sticky?...
The second room was *fine*, but still the walls and all surfaces were very dirty. "

"Very helpful and friendly staff. Great location. Very nice pool. great view at the lounge. My toddler loved the play area so much. Food was amazing! We will definitely going to be back! "
"Excellent customer service from arrival to departure. The breakfast was good at Island Kitchen. Transportation was easily available. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.
I do not recommend Lameza restaurant inside the resort, the food was not tasteful, it did not at all resemble Filipino food which was disappointing because we were really looking forward to having a delicious dinner. There was 8 of us total, not sure if it's our taste buds of knowing the authentic taste of Filipino food but whatever they serve was not it. We ordered escabeche, adobong pusit, Kare kare, Nilaga, green mango & bagoong & Bagoong rice.
We also ordered Mango juice, "
"The staff were patient and very friendly . They helped when we needed tricycles and taxis , and helped arrange out boat tour . The grounds were beautiful .. the pool and restaurant and beach were well kept and we really enjoyed swimming in the pool and the beach . It’s within walking distances to restaurants along the beach. This was gorgeous at sunset . The one downside is that the room balcony was very shady and dark and so the interior of the tom was dark . And room was not well lit so we found it hard to pack suitcases at night.. we also needed more surfaces and table space . We got room service a couple of times and there was nowhere in the room to put the tray and the food. "
"We had the most wonderful stay here, thanks to Ate Rhose, Oli, and the entire team. Despite our very late arrival (past midnight after a 5-hour van transfer from Puerto Princesa), they were incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived.
Almost all the rooms are seafront, so we woke up to incredible views of the bay and the opposite islets every morning. The service was also top-notch; they offered free shuttles to the town square and organized several activities for us. The team was always available and went above and beyond. I would definitely stay here again!"
"Front end staff were very considerate when one of us got sick and had to attend the hospital. They went out of their way to assist us, allowed extended room stay until we had to fly out.
Only complaint would be the pool. At times it was very busy with kids! It would be nice if there was a separate section for adults. The property is large enough they could build just a kids pool area. The hotel is a perfect location. About 10 min tuk tuk ride to the busy town. Restaurant wasnt the best but so many options walking distance. Beds were hard, bathroom smelt of sewer but its common for El Nido. Beach was excellant."
"Spotless room, friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable bed and safe environment. The service we received was exceptional. We appreciate the effort and service provided to us."
"Lovely place with a convenient location. Kuya Anotnio is very kind and helpful. Excellent breakfast and a very kind staff. We loved our stay and would recommend to all others."
