I asked this more than 1.5 weeks before my booking in top season. This requires someone not to be only horrible operators but also horrible human beings in general. "The structure is not new but well maintained and kept clean by very kind members of staff. Being so close to the Robinson mall is perfect if you are in need of something and big choice of restaurants to eat in. They can set you up for different things to do, such tour and activities, but because of our short stay and bad weather we couldn't enjoy the Underground River tour. Summing out....a 10 minutes away from the airport good place, where me, my fiancé and our little kid had a nice time with...

"This place was so serene and calming. Much needed after 2 days of travel and a crazy night in Manila! I felt that I was able to regroup and recenter before moving on to the next town. The people were amazing and the foooooood!! Omg the food was great. Their cook is amazing."

"The location was very convenient along the highway for our van drop off and close to where our friends live. We were on the street side with a big window so there was some noise but we were okay sleeping. Large room and comfortable bed with nice bedding. The staff was friendly and the housekeepers were great. Breakfast was included but not a buffet like we thought it might be. The laundry service was great!"
