"Well, it's a serviced apartment. We stayed 6 nights. No cleaning unless paid. Best to include cleaning in the price. No Towels change etc. Apartment with sea view is misleading - unless you book the last floor, the view is obstructed by a horrible restaurant. Pool is not good - faces the ground floor apartments and no place to stay. Good spa. Massage was great. Overall, the flat is nice - has all you need. Just lacks service. "

"Cheap but grubby, charges for sheets as well as towels. Noisy at night. Nowhere to put clothes in bedrooms (no shelves in cupboard) or stuff in bathroom. Good pool and amazing views though. Restaurant ok & nice staff but very slow check in and reception mainly closed."

"Check-in desk closes at 11pm. Property management must insure no one can book online after 10pm, else it is a waste of time for everybody. Next time!"

"The flat was in a 4th floor with no lift. No aircon or heater. We did not have toilet roll neither. The apartment had hair from the other guest in the floors and the bathroom. Communication with the team was good and the staff very friendly. "

"היינו אצלכם במשך שלושה ימים, מבחינת הניקיון הדירה הייתה מלוכלכת מאוד! האוויר בשירותים עומד יכולה ריח של ביוב. הרעש מהדירות האחרות גליליות היה בלתי , אפשרי ללינה. הוויפי עבד נהדר. והבריכה הייתה טובה! מבחינת המזגן היה ממש חם ועצוב לגלות שכל יום צריך לשלם עליו כסף עבור מזגן. שזה מוצר בסיסי. ובהזמנה לא כתוב באופן ברור על כך רק באותיות הקטנות"

"Well-appointed, well-located, quiet. Good wifi, good water (heat, pressure), very clean, quiet street (I can imagine this would be important in the summer). No view, really, but that's OK. Communication (regarding a missing corkscrew and on the availability of extra pillows) was the only difficulty, with really no effectuve help until we happened to meet the person cleaning another apartment. But we would definitely stay here again. "

"It was like to be inside the fridge,no heating at all no good to stay this time of the year. We got quickly fixed with hot water and extra duvets otherwise is impossible to sleep gets very cold night time late march and early April."

"Location was good and apartment had all our needs however the air conditioner was broken and they didn’t do much to help us. They kept saying they waiting for the engineer but we were there for a week and no sign of an engineer. They could have offered us fans or perhaps another apartment but they didn’t seem too concerned to help. So that was disappointing. Apartment is outdated and probably needs a good refurbishment in the near future. A bit noisy but that was to be expected at this busy...

"Regular visitor to Villa Birdie and highly recommend. Torremirona is in a beautiful and peaceful setting and the Villa Birdie apartments are excellent value. They are large, well maintained, comfortable and quiet and a 2 minute walk to the hotel or sports club."
