"Points positifs: un appartement vaste avec 2 salles de bains et propre. Points négatifs: une heure pour trouver le lieu du check-in (dans un hotel qui porte un nom différent), obligation de mettre un bonnet de bain pour accéder à la piscine, mais surtout, contrairement à ce qui était annoncé sur Hotels.com, l'appartement n'était pas climatisé. Seule une chambre était équipée mais le "climatiseur" ne rafraichissait qu'à peine la chambre et faisait bcp de bruit. Dans la deuxième chambre à l'étage...

"They charged me twice for the room and still have not refunded me. They promised we would receive a refund and now we are back almost a week and still no refund. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. This is not the right way to do business. A/C didn't work properly, soap from previous guest in the soap dish in our bathroom."

"Great location for Palau harbour and we could walk there easily and felt safe. Property is a little old fashioned, but clean. Breakfast was a bit basic but overall for the value for money it was ok. We were given a semi basement room which smelt musty and i asked to be moved which we were to an upper room that was much nicer, but ti is very old fashioned."

"Our trip around Sardinia was otherwise perfect until we encountered the blonde woman at the reception desk who spoke Russian. I must say, I have rarely felt so mistreated. Her behavior was unprofessional and immature, and she urgently needs training in customer service and proper communication. It's unfortunate that one person can so negatively impact the overall atmosphere of a hotel. I would think twice before staying here again if this is the kind of treatment to expect."

Hade kontakt med hyresvärden som tipsade om många bra utflykter och restauranger. Parkering är inte helt enkelt men löste sig fint för oss i slutet av september. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka! "The apartment is fine and it does have a private beach but there is one big problem with it: it's in a remote area that is you not only need a car to get to but it's difficult to drive to. There is literally nothing at the apartment compound. You have to drive about 10 minutes down a crazy mountain road to get to the nearby town. Oh, you also need to pay for bed sheets and towels per day and put them on yourself! For six days this amounted to an additional 36 euros."
